As a native of the Pacific Northwest, I’ve made a home here with my husband and two children. Becoming a mother became the turning point in my life, fueling my commitment to break the cycles of alcoholism and generational trauma that once held my family back. The journey wasn’t easy, but it was profoundly transformative, inspiring me to heal, grow, and ultimately support others in doing the same. Today, I’m a Certified Professional Recovery Coach and #1 Bestselling Author, guiding individuals on their path to recovery and encouraging them to create lasting change that reaches across generations.
With a degree in Administration of Justice, I began my career as a Corrections Officer and Domestic Violence Advocate. In these roles, I witnessed the depths of resilience people find in the face of adversity and became deeply invested in advocating for those whose voices often go unheard. It was this early work that clarified my mission: to help others reclaim their own power, break free from cycles of pain, and experience the healing they deserve. As someone who has turned their own pain into purpose, I’m passionate about empowering clients to walk their recovery journey with courage and strength.
Currently, I’m pursuing certifications in Somatic Trauma Coaching and Positive Psychology to further enrich my practice. My heart lies in working at the powerful intersection of addiction and trauma, two forces so closely intertwined that one often feeds the other. My approach is rooted in the belief that healing requires addressing both trauma and addiction holistically. Trauma-informed care is central to my work, and I use my coaching to create a safe, supportive space where clients can explore these experiences, reconnect with themselves, and learn the skills needed to thrive.
Whether through one-on-one coaching or as a speaker, I’m dedicated to creating a legacy of healing, breaking cycles, and empowering others to live with resilience and purpose. My story—and the stories of those I work with—are a testament to the strength found in choosing recovery, breaking free from generational patterns, and laying the foundation for a better future.
"My hope is that by allowing my kids the space to share their feelings, they won't want to self-medicate down the road."

I first met Jess on an online sobriety group and was immediately drawn to her. She is kind, honest and empathetic. I struggled to stop drinking and Jess was there to talk me through it… she believed in me. I just reached 100 days today and am certain I would not be here without her. I feel I can say whatever I want to Jess without feeling judged or shame. I can be vulnerable around her. Thank you Jess for your constant encouragement. I am beyond grateful.”
“For a long time I just couldn't justify spending money on 1:1 coaching. But I just could not get any traction on my own. I felt truly stuck and I became fearful that I may never be able to lead the alcohol free life I needed and desired. I honestly wondered if Jess and I would be a good fit for coaching but I got on a discovery call and

I felt truly stuck and I became fearful that I may never be able to lead the alcohol free life I needed and desired. I honestly wondered if Jess and I would be a good fit for coaching but I got on a discovery call and I'm so glad I did. After the call I "couldn't not" invest in coaching with Jess! She helped me reframe many limiting beliefs I had around drinking and helped me through each early day of sobriety step by step. I'm truly thankful I found her!”
